Women supporting women
Connecting, learning from, and supporting other women is a beautiful thing.
Leadher American women's Facebook, Instagram networking groups, and events will be places to connect network, and support each other.
At the end of a series of sessions, those who participated will be invited to our in-person gala/networking event where everyone's stories will be shared and we can all connect in person!

The inspiration for this project came to me during a family dinner. We were discussing a successful woman in our town when I realized something significant: my boys mostly see men as the primary breadwinners, despite knowing that I also work and take care of them. Their perception of success seemed to be tied to the father's role in the family. In that moment, I understood the importance of commemorating myself and my work, not just for my own sense of achievement, but to reshape my children's understanding of success.
This project aims to celebrate the strength and stories of women. My ultimate goal is to create a coffee table book featuring the women I photograph, each sharing their unique journey. By doing this, I hope to inspire my children and others to recognize and appreciate the diverse ways in which women contribute to their families and communities.
